1. Return Eligibility
- Products: Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt if they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.
2. Return Process

- Approval: Once approved, return instructions will be provided. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
3. Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: Processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Exchanges: Available for defective items. Contact us for exchange instructions.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized Products: Non-returnable unless defective.
- Open/Used Products: Items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.
